The shape of the new PARATECH backpack fits a harness with the thickest back protection which is aviable on the market (pear-shaped). 

Integral helmet, overall and more finds their place on top without problems. After closing the cower, which has an integrated big and small pocket (the cower is removable and can then be used as a backpack), you can compress the bag with three belts. These belts can also be removed, if you dont want to use them. The  carry system is nearly like from a real mountain backpack and holds the weight of the equipment close to your center of gravity.  

The backpack is made out of a very strong Cordura but still can be packed relatively small to your harness.
